Our adult members have also been in action over the past few weeks.  Jimmy Tobin completed the Southampton Half Marathon in a time of 2:09, knocking a massive 14 minutes off the time he ran the same race last year.     Also significantly improving on his time in the 5k distance is Giles Deacy who took part in a recent Glengarriff Park Run finishing in 6th place overall knocking over 2 minutes off his previous best time there.   We are sure there is  more to come from Giles!   Fit4Life continue to meet weekly, Mondays and Fridays 5:45 at the Community Field, Durrus.  New members welcome.

Best of luck to our athletes that are taking part in the Bay Run Half marathon and 10k this weekend.
